Customer Success Analyst at LIFULL Connect

Erika Caceres Quimbayo's work experience includes multiple roles in different companies. Erika started their career at Tigo Colombia in 2014 as an Ejecutivo Integral. In 2015, they moved to DIRECTV Latin America, where they worked as an Ejecutivo Comercial until 2021. In the same year, Erika joined PROPERATI Colombia as a Business Support Executive, leaving in January 2022. Currently, they are working at LIFULL Connect, starting in July 2021 as a Key Account Support and later transitioning to the role of a Customer Success Analyst in March 2023.

Erika Caceres Quimbayo is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at the Politénico Grancolombiano, expected to be completed by 2022. Prior to this, they completed a technical program in procurement management at the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) in 2007, focusing on general business and commerce.
