Alex Almaktoum has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. They started their career at NAQ Technology in 2010 as a Software Developer and worked until February 2012. From December 2011 to December 2012, they worked at Dingu Blue Pty Ltd as a Software Developer. In 2013, they had multiple roles, including Software Developer at Zenkey, Software Developer at Australian Shareholder Centre, and Software Developer at NEHTA.

In 2015, Alex joined Avanade as a Solution Developer - Senior Analyst and later became a Consultant - Solution Development. They worked at Avanade until September 2018. Following that, they worked at Kradle as a .NET Software Developer from September 2018 to September 2019.
