Miguel Angel Sánchez has had a varied career in the technology sector. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Ingeniero de Desarrollo at Legis S.A. until 2011, when they moved to NEURAL-IT as an Ingeniero de Desarrollo e Implementación de Virtualización. In 2012, they returned to Legis S.A., this time as an Analista de Desarrollo. In 2015, they moved to HeOn Health online S.A. where they held two roles, Líder Business Intelligence and Analista DataWare House. In 2019, they began working at FUNDACION SANTA FE DE BOGOTA as a Coordinador BI, and they currently hold the role of Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Liftit.

Miguel Angel Sánchez completed an Ingeniero de Sistemas degree from Universidad EAN between 2006 and 2011. In 2013, they obtained a Diplomado en Inteligencia de Negocios from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a field of study in Ingeniería informática. Miguel Angel then pursued a Especialista en Gestión de Sistemas y Tecnologías de la Información from Universidad EAN between 2017 and 2018, also in the field of Ingeniería informática. Most recently, they obtained a Diplomado en Analítica de Datos from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2020, with a field of study in Ingeniería.
