Monica L. is a Senior UX Researcher at LIFT, having progressed through various roles within the organization since March 2021. Previously, Monica worked as a Research Assistant/Contractor at Evidence-Based Practice Institute LLC, contributing to the design and evaluation of impactful applications such as iKinnect and WILLOW. A User Testing Analyst at ClickInsights LLC for a brief period, Monica focused on analyzing user feedback for websites and generating detailed improvement reports. Earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Course Assistant at the University of Washington, where assistance was provided to students in human-centered design courses. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington, completed in 2017.
