Michelle Ryan is a highly experienced professional in construction management and estimating, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at LIFTbuild since December 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle spent nearly two decades at Barton Malow, where progression included positions from Central Region Estimator I to Senior Estimating Manager. Michelle began their career as an Estimator at Crosswinds Communities and later worked at Peninsular Slate Co. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University, obtained in December 1996.
