Elise Sass is a prominent entrepreneurial leader and legal expert with extensive experience in startup ecosystems. As a Cofounder and Management Board Member at LIFT99, Elise contributes to the development of skill-sharing software and manages coworking spaces in Tallinn and Kyiv, fostering community engagement among founders. Elise also founded Must Pull, focusing on training and mentoring startups, particularly in pitch preparation. Previously, Elise held the role of CEE Startup Lead at Microsoft, engaging with startup incubators across Central Eastern Europe, and contributed significantly to the Garage48 Foundation as a mentor and organizer of numerous startup events.
