Henry Cialone is an accomplished leader in advanced manufacturing and technology, serving as the President and CEO of EWI since July 2005, where responsibilities include developing custom strategies to enhance product innovation and process efficiency. In addition, Henry Cialone is the Director and Founder of LIFT, focusing on advancing lightweight materials manufacturing technologies. Furthermore, involvement as a board member for Biosortia Pharmaceuticals allows Henry Cialone to support the development of bioactive compounds for drug discovery. Prior roles include non-executive director at Flowgroup plc and board member positions at The NanoSteel Company and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, alongside a notable tenure as Senior Vice President at Battelle Memorial Institute. Henry Cialone holds a PhD, MS, and ScB in Materials Science and Engineering from Brown University.
