Dayna D. is currently the Head of People at Lifezone Metals since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dayna held various HR positions at GOLD FIELDS, including Insight & Improvement Lead and HR Superintendent at Agnew Gold Mine. Dayna also has experience working as a Senior HR Advisor at Harrier Resourcing People and as a HR Coordinator at WorleyParsons. With a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources & International Management from the University of South Australia, Dayna has a strong background in HR and a certificate in International Business from Mountbatten.
