Rodney Carrier is an experienced professional in reporting and data management with a strong background in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Reporting for Admin Solutions at LifeWorks since May 2021, Rodney previously held the position of Director of Reporting at Morneau Shepell from September 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, Rodney was the Data, Metrics & Reporting Leader for North America at Mercer, where responsibilities included leading strategic reporting initiatives and managing extensive reporting projects. Rodney's early career includes serving as the Defined Contribution Operations Manager at Putnam Investments, overseeing operations and a team managing substantial assets in defined contribution plans. Rodney is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
