Amanda Skilton is currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at Lifeways Group. Previously, Amanda held positions such as Service Desk Lead at AgileCadence, and as the Service Desk Manager (Global) at Insights. Prior to that, Amanda worked at Abertay University as a Senior IT Service Delivery Officer. Amanda has a background in Information Technology and Business Administration, graduating with a BA in Information Management from Abertay University and a HND in Business Administration from Dundee and Angus College. Amanda has experience in line management, coordinating team activities, mentoring and training staff, and providing IT support to users in various organizations.
