James has worked at various companies such as Whitford Corporation, National Brands I Private Label, Lifetime Brands, MGlass, Dansk International Designs, Philip Whitney LTD, and Abraham and Straus. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and introduce strategic product plans, establish relationships with new factories, increase sales volume, improve category margins, and gain placement in high-end retailers. James has also been responsible for overseeing divisions, managing categories, and doubling market share. James has traveled to China and Frankfurt multiple times a year for international merchandising and sourcing efforts. James Gibian attended Roger Ludlowe High School from 1976 to 1980. After graduating high school, they went on to Boston University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from 1980 to 1984.
