Andrey Zinovich has experience as a Billing Software Engineer at velcom from 2009 to 2018, where Andrey was involved in maintaining and developing billing processes and services, as well as developing and administering the IVR system. Currently, at lifetech (Turkcell Group) as a Software Engineer, Andrey is engaged in developing and supporting telecom OSS. Additionally, Andrey also holds the title of Java Software Engineer, focusing on the development and support of telecom OSS.
