James Kelly is an experienced leader and philanthropist with a strong background in both the housing and mental health sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Bluesky Foundation since December 2021, James Kelly focuses on supporting youth mental health initiatives, particularly through funding research at Monash University/Alfred Hospital. As a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lifestyle Communities Limited since 2003, James Kelly has been instrumental in developing affordable housing in master-planned communities across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria. Previously, James Kelly held significant roles including Past Board Member at the Caravan Industry Association of Australia, Past Chairman of the Residential Land Lease Alliance, and Former Vice President of the Victorian Caravan Park Association. James Kelly also served as Deputy Chair and Board Member at Melbourne Girls Grammar School and was Chief Executive Officer at Dennis Family Corporation from 1999 to 2002, enhancing expertise in property development and management.
