Rachel Monck has accumulated significant experience in human resources and organizational culture since September 2017 at Lifestart, where roles have included People & Culture Business Partner, HR Officer, and HR Assistant. Prior to this, Rachel worked as an Administrative Assistant at Lion from December 2014 to 2015. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Studies from Charles Sturt University (2015-2016) and a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW (2014).
