Owen Kirk serves as Senior Counsel at LifeStance Health since February 2021, where the organization is recognized as a national leader in outpatient behavioral health services with approximately 600 clinics across 32 states. Prior to this role, Owen Kirk held various legal positions, including Real Estate Attorney at Mintz, a full-service Am Law 100 law firm, from 2016 to February 2021, and Attorney positions at Hughes Marino and iDeal Business Partners. Owen Kirk also worked as a Contract Attorney at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP, Breg, and Damiani Law Group APC, and held legal intern roles at The Active Network, Rivera & Schumacher APC, and The Curran Law Firm. Owen Kirk earned a Juris Doctor degree in Business & Corporate Law from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
