Kristi Martin MSN, BSN, RN, LNHA is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing administration and management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at LifeSpire of Virginia since August 2023, Kristi previously held the position of Nursing Manager at Centra Health, overseeing a 20-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Prior roles include Administrator at Saber Healthcare Group and Healthcare Administrator at Hill Valley Healthcare, as well as a long tenure at Centra Health where Kristi was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Director of Nursing at Guggenheimer Health & Rehabilitation Center. Kristi's nursing background also includes serving as a Registered Nurse and Night Shift Manager for the Orthopedic Unit. Kristi holds a BSN from the University of Lynchburg and an MSN in Nursing Administration from Jefferson College of Health Sciences.
