Alexandra Lishchyna is an experienced professional in human resources and aquatics, currently working as an Aquatic Assistant and Seasonal Pool Supervisor for the Town of Oakville since September 2017. Alexandra has also held roles as a Life Saving Instructor with Lifesaving Society Ontario since March 2018 and has recently served as a Human Resources Administrator at Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. in early 2024. Previous experience includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern at Hatch and a People Excellence Intern at Oakville Enterprises Corporation in 2022, as well as a Human Resources Specialist Intern at GEOTAB in 2021. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Sheridan College, completed in 2023.
