Jacob Alquicira is an Associate People Services Specialist at Liferay since July 2024, where responsibilities include enhancing HR operations and managing bi-weekly payroll for North America. Previously, Jacob served as a People Services Intern at Liferay and a Human Resources Intern at both Northrop Grumman and CoreVest Finance, gaining valuable experience in payroll administration, compliance, and employee support. As President of CPP PIHRA, Jacob led initiatives to foster professional development among members and coordinated impactful events in collaboration with other student organizations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where studies are ongoing from 2019 to 2024.
