Corie Darnell Chaplin currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Business Development for the IRF Division at LifePoint Health®, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Corie was the Director of Business Development at Kindred Healthcare from May 2013 to January 2018. Corie also contributed to the academic field as an Adjunct Professor in the Occupational Therapy Program at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from January 2008 to 2015. Earlier in Corie's career, a significant role was held at Community Health Network as OTR/Manager of Inpatient & Outpatient Therapy Services from August 1998 to May 2013. Additionally, Corie's professional journey began with a position as a Leadership Consultant for Alpha Gamma Delta Women's Fraternity in 1997. Corie Darnell Chaplin holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences Education from Indiana University Indianapolis (2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Medicine with a focus on Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University (1997).
