Deborah Bageas, RN, BSN, has extensive nursing experience since 2013, currently serving as a Registered Nurse and Independent Contractor with LifePlans, Inc. and Long Term Solutions. Since June 2015, Deborah has focused on evaluating client mental status and physical capacities, as well as medication reconciliation. Previous positions include Registered Nurse roles at TEMPLE JEANES HOSPITAL and Temple University Hospital, where responsibilities included patient assessment, care documentation, and supervising healthcare personnel. Early nursing experience at HCR ManorCare involved providing comprehensive bedside care for multiple patients. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University, as well as an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution.
