Raquel Santiago is an experienced professional in the fields of counseling, advocacy, and community service. Currently serving as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at LifeLong Medical Care since July 2019, Raquel also works as an Independent Consultant for the California Reducing Disparities Project, providing technical assistance for LGBTQ+ communities. Involvement with the San Francisco Human Rights Commission includes co-chairing the Affordable Housing Sub-Committee.
