Nancy Parker-Taylor currently serves as an advisor at Lifelink Systems. Nancy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having served in various leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, Stanford University, and the Council of Accountable Physician Practices.
Parker-Taylor began their career in healthcare as a Consultant and Advisor at Parker-Taylor Consulting. Nancy then joined Kaiser Permanente in 1997 as the Director of Strategic Projects for The Permanente Medical Group. In 2006, they were promoted to Vice-President of Public Policy, External Relations and Communications for The Permanente Federation | Kaiser Permanente. During their time at Kaiser Permanente, Parker-Taylor was instrumental in developing the organization's strategy and performance management systems.
In 2015, Parker-Taylor left Kaiser Permanente to join Stanford University School of Medicine as their Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development and implementation of the school's clinical excellence research center. Nancy held this position until 2018 when they left to join Kaiser Permanente as their VP of Performance Management and Strategy for Medicare.
