Roman Stepchyn is a data scientist with extensive experience in machine learning and data analysis. Currently employed at LIFELENZ since October 2021, Roman previously worked at the Australian Taxation Office as part of the ATO Smarter Data Team, focusing on automating outlier detection through machine learning models. Prior roles include contributing to credit risk and compliance projects at Neo-Analytics, tutoring mathematics and science, and developing predictive models for diabetic patient satisfaction for Medtronic at Infosys. Educational credentials include a Graduate Diploma in Data Science from UNSW and dual degrees in Science and Mathematical and Computer Science from the University of Adelaide. Roman also completed an e-course on Spark and Python for Big Data, enhancing knowledge of various data processing techniques and algorithms.
