Deepa Shantha's work experience includes a range of roles in the software development and project management field. Deepa started their career as a Project Intern at Enpro Industrial Automation Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on automating a manufacturing process in the cement industry. After that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies, Chennai. Deepa then joined Perspecte Solutions as an Architect, specializing in RFid solutions.

In 2011, Deepa moved to Amzur Technologies, Inc. as a Mobile Developer before transitioning to ASTEA INTL INC, where they served as a Mobile Applications Developer for nine years. At ASTEA INTL INC, they were responsible for developing mobile applications. In 2020, they joined IFS as a Senior Mobile Solution Developer and later became a Technical Project Manager.

Currently, Deepa Shantha is employed as a Software Project Manager at LifeLens Technologies, Inc., starting in 2023. Deepa'swork experience showcases their expertise in software development, project management, and mobile solutions.

Deepa Shantha obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1998 to 2002. Deepa then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 2003 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Deepa Shantha became a Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Product School in November 2022. Deepa also obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in July 2022, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2017.
