The Engagement Team at LifeGift focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with the community, donor families, and healthcare partners. The Community Engagement Specialist raises awareness and educates the public about organ and tissue donation. The Family Engagement Trainer supports and prepares staff for interactions with donor families, ensuring sensitivity and compassion. The Manager of Family Engagement oversees these efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of family support and community outreach.
