Tala Kyrychenko has extensive experience in mobile marketing and CRM implementation, currently serving as the Terminal Business Leading Specialist and previously as the Mobile Marketing Leading Specialist at lifecell Ukraine since September 2014. Prior roles include CRM Implementation Analyst at Terrasoft, where responsibilities involved analyzing business needs and implementing loyalty programs, and Product Expert at LLC "Global Message Services Ukraine," focusing on customer relations and product development. Tala also worked as an Account Manager at Out There Media, managing client communication and project launches, and gained experience in foreign economic activities during a brief tenure at JSC “NaftoGaz” of Ukraine. Academically, Tala holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Foreign Policy and is a doctoral candidate in the same field from the Institute of International Relations of National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv.
