Nikolay Kovalchuk is an experienced telecommunications engineer with a strong background in operation and maintenance of mobile networks. Since August 2006, Nikolay has served as a Senior Operation and Maintenance Center Engineer at lifecell Ukraine, where responsibilities include managing mobile network operations across seven regions in West Ukraine, addressing customer complaints, and overseeing the configuration and commissioning of diverse network elements. Previous roles include Core Network Leading Engineer and Core Network Engineer at DCC, as well as positions at Donetskgorgas and Ukrtelecom, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in troubleshooting, system configuration, and network design. Nikolay holds a Master's degree and a Specialist degree in Telecommunication Systems and Networks from Donetsk National Technical University, along with professional training in Huawei and Ericsson technologies.
