Steven Banks is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Engineer at LifeBrite Laboratories since March 2021. As the Founder of Arthur Allen Technology since August 2020, Steven has also held the position of Information Technology Service Manager at Consult Atlanta from May 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing a help desk service board for over 40 clients in HIPAA compliant environments and coordinating security feature updates with external vendors. Earlier in their career, Steven gained hands-on technical expertise as an IT Help Desk Technician and as a Repair/IT Technician at MYLAPS Sports Timing, where support was provided for major athletic events. Steven earned a B.S. in Information Technology with a focus on Information Assurance and Security from Kennesaw State University.
