Howard Greene has been working in the financial industry for over 20 years. Howard started their career at AIG in April 2008, where they were VP of Global Compensation and Benefits. Howard then moved to MetLife in November 2010, where they were Vice President of Global Compensation Design and Implementation. In October 2012, they became the Treasurer at LifeBridge CT.

Howard Greene received their B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University at Albany, SUNY. Afterward, they went on to get their Master's of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. More recently, they have completed the Encore Program in Nonprofit Management from the University of Connecticut.
