Kaitlin Donato, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Kaitlin's career includes roles as an Employee Relations Specialist, Leave of Absence Administrator, and Human Resources Specialist at Life Time Inc., along with experience as a Sales Associate at Michael Kors and a Human Resources Intern at RS EDEN. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota, completed in May 2021.
