Carol T. has a diverse work experience in the field of autism services. Carol started their career in 2020 as a Behavioral Therapist at ART | Autism Response Team and later took on roles as a Community Outreach Specialist and an Intake Coordinator. In 2021, they became the Senior Intake Manager at the same company. In 2019, they joined Easter Charities as a Community Outreach Director, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they are working at Life Skills Autism Academy, where they started as an Operations Manager in 2022 and is now the Director of Operations.
Carol T. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a concentration in Child and Family Services and a minor in Sociology from Southern New Hampshire University from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, Carol T. holds several additional certifications, including CPR/AED from the American Heart Association, Safety-Care Specialist from QBS, provider of Safety-Care, Community Healthcare Worker from Texas Health and Human Services, and National Organization for Human Services from the National Organization for Human Services.
