Kelly Huether has had a number of leadership roles in the beauty industry. Kelly started as the Senior Vice President of Traditional Distribution at Beauty Alliance from November 2004 to January 2010. Following that, they worked as the Regional Vice President at SalonCentric - A Division of L'Oreal USA from January 2010 to June 2013. Most recently, they served as the President of Life of Riley Salon Supply starting in September 2013.

Kelly Huether earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Black Hills State University from 1981 to 1985.
