Kelly Phelps has over six years of experience in social work, currently serving as a Family Service Coordinator at Life Connection of Ohio since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as an Intake & Investigations Supervisor at Hancock County Job & Family Services from 2017 to 2021. Kelly holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New Mexico Highlands University, attended from 2007 to 2008, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The University of Toledo, completed in 1995.
