The biography of Eddie Cartwright reads like a list of Who’s Who in public service. He is a former mayor of Bradley County, former city commissioner, former director of public works, and former member of both the Cleveland and Bradley County Planning Commission. He now serves on the board of Cleveland Utilities. He is a 60 year active charter member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. His experience in planning and building has been a great asset to Life Bridges It is no surprise to anyone he has served on the board of Life Bridges since 1986.
