Jody Carolus is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Brand and Development Chef at Life & Brand Portfolio since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Developer at Woolworths from April 2018 to June 2022, Group Executive Chef at Madame Zingara from October 2014 to April 2018, and Sous Chef positions at Tour Brasserie via Mondiall, The Lord Charles Hotel, and Extreem Kwizeen between 2013 and 2013. Jody holds a degree in Food Preparation and Styling from the Institute of Culinary Arts, completed from 2006 to 2009, and has a foundational education from South African College Schools (SACS).
