Benjamin Lim is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in coaching, aviation, and technology management. Currently serving as the Founding Owner and Professional Coach at Life Architect Coaching since October 2023, Benjamin focuses on empowering clients to achieve their dreams. As a Branch Committee Member for IT Professionals New Zealand, Benjamin contributes to policy making and governance. Previously, Benjamin held various leadership roles at Airways New Zealand, including Founding Chair of the Airways Asia-Pacific Network and the Airways Pan-Asian Network, while also leading digital solutions and health and safety initiatives. Benjamin's extensive experience in aviation includes serving as a Commercial Aviator, while also founding and managing a music academy, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills.
