The leadership team at Lien Library has a wide range of experience in different industries. Many members have experience in the tech industry, including as developers and engineers at various companies. Other members have experience in finance, including as a financial analyst and chief financial officer. Still others have experience in logistics and management. All members have at least some college education, with many holding degrees from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Florida International University, and Miami Dade College.
