Laura Romano is a seasoned professional in recruitment and learning and development, currently serving as a Recruiterin at Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG since October 2022. Prior to this role, Laura spent over three years at the same institution as a Junior Learning And Development Specialist. Earlier experiences include an internship in recruiting and talent relationship at Zumtobel Group, along with a role as Kreisgeschäftsführerin at BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in European Studies from Europa-Universität Flensburg and elective courses in International Management and Economics from Syddansk Universitet. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Foreign Languages, Culture, and Economics from Justus Liebig University Giessen, complemented by a semester abroad at Universidade do Porto.
