Michaela Fischer is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture at Liechtenstein Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Michaela held various positions at Wolf Theiss from May 2008 to May 2022, including Project Manager for Human Resources and Business Development & Marketing, as well as serving as Chief Human Resources Officer during a maternity leave replacement. Michaela's expertise encompasses employer branding, recruiting, talent acquisition, HR marketing, and HR projects. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Internationale Betriebswirtschaft from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and a Master of Arts in Wirtschaftsberatung und Unternehmensführung from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, with additional educational experience at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
