Charlotta Norell is an experienced professional in human resources, having worked at Lidl Sverige KB since November 2003, initially as an HR Specialist in labor law and later promoted to Senior HR Specialist. In these roles, Charlotta has focused on providing support in labor law matters, conducting negotiations, and developing policies and guidelines. Prior to joining Lidl, Charlotta served as an HR Consultant at INgroup from December 1999 to October 2003.
