Orla Kelly has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Customer Service Department Manager at Lidl Ireland since February 2021. Previously, Orla held senior positions at Click&GoHolidays as Head of Sales and Inbound Call Centre Manager, and at 123.ie as Customer Care Manager. Orla's career began as a Trainee Accountant at Hannon Malone O'Brien, with subsequent roles leading teams at Conduit Global and ACCBank. Orla possesses a Management Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of Ireland and has completed coaching training at Dublin Business School.
