Christos Parnavelas is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Employee Engagement, Diversity, Wellbeing, and Benefits for Lidl Hellas and Lidl Cyprus since October 2014. Over the years, Christos has held several roles focused on talent acquisition, employer branding, and management of HR strategies, achieving multiple prestigious awards including a Gold HR Award in 2021 and multiple recognitions as Employer of Choice for GenY and GenZ. Prior to Lidl, Christos contributed to the Hellenic Army as a Psychologist and Personnel Associate, garnering extensive experience in organizational psychology and counseling. Christos holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and is currently undergoing training in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.
