Juan Pablo Castañeda serves as the Productivity Manager at Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala since May 2018, focusing on process evaluation and identifying opportunities for enhanced productivity and efficiency in the production chain. Prior to this role, Juan Pablo worked at cbc (The Central America Bottling Corporation) from September 2009 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing a manufacturing plant for mass consumption products, overseeing 120 personnel across various departments, and leading production line coordination. Additionally, Juan Pablo held multifunctional roles involving the administration of data across multiple plants and the development of key performance indicators at the Guatemala production facility. A graduate of Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, Juan Pablo holds a BSc in Engineering, with a career in manufacturing commencing after completing an internship during academic studies.
