Dirk Facius is an experienced professional in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Director of EMEA Distribution for Environmental and International Distribution at LI-COR Biosciences since March 2002. Facius has a strong background in developing and implementing marketing and operating strategies for various product lines across Central Europe and EMEA territories. Prior to this role, Facius held positions including Director of Marketing and International Distribution, Director of International Distribution for Biotechnology, European Market Development Manager, and Field Application Scientist. Previous experience also includes working as a Product Manager at Prior Separation Technology GmbH and MWG Biotech AG. Dirk Facius holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire and a doctorate in Biology from the Max-Planck-Institute for Biology, Tübingen.
