Joseph Magtoto is an experienced Technical Support Engineer currently working at Librestream since March 2021, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, network, and software. Prior experience includes roles at the Government of Manitoba, where significant contributions were made in operational excellence, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements. As an Assistant Professor at Technological Institute of the Philippines, Joseph facilitated learning in various engineering subjects and led IoT projects. Joseph’s career also includes extensive experience at SYNNEX, where leadership roles were held in product support and customer service. Joseph holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, a Master's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University, and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines.
