Martin Tzakov is an experienced professional in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A at Libra Software Group since March 2024 and at Constellation Software Inc. since March 2021. Prior to these roles, Martin held the position of Senior Manager in Transaction Services and Manager in M&A Advisory at PwC from September 2011 to February 2021. Martin Tzakov earned a degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University, completing studies from 2007 to 2011.
