Alison Furst is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, management, and organisational design. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Organisational Design at Libra Europe since September 2022, Alison previously held positions such as Training and Qualifications Partner at Chwarae Teg, where responsibilities included quality assurance and course development. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Trainer at Educ8 Training, Support Services Manager at Alzheimer's Society managing a large team, and Proposals Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where strong communication and organizational skills were essential. Alison holds a PGCE in Education, accounting qualifications, and a Bachelor's degree in European Business and French from the University of South Wales.
