Previous experience includes roles such as Assistant Manager at Tresco Island, General Manager at Sweet Little Things, and various bartending positions at Original Sin, The Birley Clubs, Oblix Restaurant, Three Sheets, sketch Restaurants & Bars, and El Chupitos.
