Melanius D'souza is an accomplished Asset Performance Manager at Liberty since August 2023, with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Previously, Melanius held key managerial roles at CLP India Pvt. Ltd. from September 2016 to June 2023, where significant contributions included the successful setup and maintenance of the CLP mast fleet, long-term assessments of energy production for over 4 GW of greenfield projects, and the development of methodologies for turbine analysis. Melanius also played an integral role in implementing the Envision asset management tool and mentoring engineers within the company. Earlier experience includes positions at Skeiron Group, CLP Power India Pvt Ltd, and Suzlon Energy Limited, where Melanius excelled in wind resource assessment and performance monitoring.
