Pascal Pansier is an experienced insurance professional with a strong focus on professional indemnity and cyber insurance. Currently serving as the Underwriting Manager for Professional Indemnity & Cyber at Liberty Specialty Markets since November 2023, Pascal previously held key positions at VNAB as the Lead of the Technical Committee Varia from 2017 to November 2023, and at Marsh Nederland where tenure lasted from July 2007 to October 2023, including roles as Practice Leader for Professional Indemnity and Vice President / Specialist FINPRO. Additional roles include participation in the Global PI Working Group and the PI Committee of Continental Europe at Marsh McLennan. Pascal's career began in broking at Aon from 2001 to 2005, followed by underwriting at Zurich Insurance until 2007. Pascal holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, earned between 1992 and 1998.
